PUMPKIN DESSERT 
1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice box yellow cake mix
1 cup butter
1 cup chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) contained lite non-dairy topping

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 9 x 13 inch pan with waxed paper. Mix first 5 ingredients and pour into pan. Pour dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle nuts over cake mix.

Bake 50 to 60 minutes. Cool and invert into serving platter.

Frost with non-dairy topping.
