1 lg. can pumpkin pie mix
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. 1/2 & 1/2 or Pet milk
Pinch of salt
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 lg. box yellow cake mix
1 1/2 sticks butter

In pumpkin pie mix add nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and stir well. Add eggs and blend. Add milk and pour mixture in a greased 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the pumpkin mixture lightly (it will float), covering the entire surface. Sprinkle nuts evenly over top. Melt butter and drizzle over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Serve warm or cold with whipped topping. Serves: 10 to 12.
