VEGETABLE PIZZA 
2 pkgs. crescent dinner rolls
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. powdered HIDDEN VALLEY® original dressing mix
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. green peppers
3/4 c. carrots
3/4 c. broccoli
3/4 c. grated taco cheese
3/4 c. cauliflower
3/4 c. onion (opt.)

Mash dinner rolls on cookie sheet to make crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool. Cream together cream cheese, dressing mix and mayonnaise and spread on cooled crust. Chop cauliflower, peppers, carrots, broccoli and taco cheese. Mix together and sprinkle on crust and cheese mixture. Press down with hand. Refrigerate leftovers.
