SCRUMPTIOUS SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 cans crab meat
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can biscuits

Fry green pepper and onion in butter. Blend in flour and salt. Remove from heat and stir in milk gradually. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add crab and lemon juice. Pour into a baking dish or pan and put biscuits on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 400 degree oven until biscuits are browned.
