EASY CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE 
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa

Mix and slowly add:

1 1/2 c. milk
3 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter

Cook until thick. You may add 1 teaspoon vanilla after mixture is cooled if desired. Mix flour, cocoa, sugar and slowly. Add egg yolks and butter. Cook until thick. Pour into baked pie crust. Top with meringue made form leftover egg white. To make 2 deep dish, double yours; I always double mine.

2 PIE CRUSTS:

2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. Crisco
1 tsp. salt

Mix until like a coarse meal. Add:

3 tbsp. warm water
2 tbsp. milk
