CINNAMON COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 egg whites
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. plain low fat yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift dry ingredients. Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture and yogurt. Mix 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped nuts in a small bowl. Pour 1/2 the batter into a greased Bundt pan. Sprinkle 1/2 the cinnamon mixture. Then the remaining batter. Then the rest of the cinnamon mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack. 12 servings.

DRIBBLE ICING:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. hot water
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together. Dribble over the cake.
