3 eggs
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 1/2 c. mincemeat
1 c. mixed candied fruit
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. cornflake crumbs
1 tsp. baking soda

Butter 9 inch tube pan. Line with waxed paper, butter again. In mixing bowl beat eggs until foamy. Add milk, mincemeat, fruit and nuts, mix well. Add cornflake crumbs and baking soda. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in 300 degree oven 1 hour and 50 minutes. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Turn out of pan, remove paper. Cool to room temperature before slicing.
