EASY COCONUT CAKE 
1 box moist white cake mix
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. frozen coconut
2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip

Mix thawed coconut, sour cream, vanilla and sugar. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake 2 cake layers and split into 4 using thread. Mix Cool Whip into coconut mixture. Spread this mixture between cake layers and on top of cake.
