EASY COCONUT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
water
oil
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
large tub of Cool Whip
coconut

Using yellow cake mix, follow directions on box. Add coconut flavoring to mix.

Bake in 9 inch x 13 inch pan at 350°F.

Bring milk and sugar to a boil. Immediately upon removing cake from oven, punch holes in hot cake with spoon handle. Pour hot liquid all over cake. Cool. Spread Cool Whip over cake and sprinkle coconut on top. Refrigerate.

Serves 12 - 15.
