DUNCAN HINES COCONUT CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and bake in greased and floured oblong pan at 350 degrees about 30 minutes.

While cake is baking, mix:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 pkg. frozen coconut (thawed)

Simmer. When cake gets done, punch holes in cake with toothpick. Spoon icing over cake. After cake is very cold spread with 1 large Cool Whip and sprinkle another bag of frozen coconut on top. This freezes very well.

I made it in a Bundt shape and poked holes in the bottom and flipped it and poked holes in the top to add the coconut topping. Looks great, waiting till it cools to try. Thank you for the easy recipe with little ingredients.
