DUNCAN HINES DEEP CHOCOLATE CAKE

1 pkg. Duncan Hines deep chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. Duncan Hines family size brownie mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup mayonnaise

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Put all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix on high for 4 minutes. Grease and flour 9x13-inch pan. Pour into pan and bake at 350°F for 35 minutes or until cake tests done.

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant vanilla pudding
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup milk
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip

Combine pudding, milk and confectioners' sugar. Beat approximately 3 minutes until pudding thickens. Fold in Cool Whip.

Frost cooled cake.

The length of time is not listed on the recipe. I had to add 10minutes to the baking time. The two mixes were too much for my mixer and it died.
