Coat fillets with flour. Dip in beaten eggs (add 1/4 cup water to 3 eggs). Coat with soda cracker crumbs or Ritz crackers. Season lightly with Lawry's seasoning salt. Add oil with a little butter to fry pan and fry fillets until brown. |
