PRAIRIE FIRE DIP 
1-16 oz can refried beans
1/2 c provolone cheese, shredded
2 T butter (optional)
1 T onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely minced
2-3 T chili powder
corn chips

Combine all ingredients except the corn chips in a saucepan. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted and dip is heated through. Serve warm with corn chips.

Makes 1 3/4 cups.
