CHICKEN PAPRIKASH 
3 tbsp. flour
2 lbs. chicken parts
3 tbsp. shortening
1 can chicken gravy
1/3 c. sour cream
1 c. sliced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt

Flour chicken parts. Melt shortening in skillet and brown chicken; pour off fat. Stir in chicken gravy, sour cream, onion, garlic, paprika, and salt. Cover; leave simmering on low heat for 45 minutes or until tender; stir occasionally. Serve over noodles. 4 servings.
