CHICKEN PAPRIKASH 
Melt 1/4 pound butter and add one medium onion, chopped fine and 1 tablespoon paprika. Brown for 15 minutes, DO NOT BURN.

Add chicken, 1/2 green pepper cut up, salt and pepper, one tomato, cut up, or 1/2 cup tomato juice. Add 2 cups water.

Cover and cook 3 hours or until chicken is done.

Remove chicken to serving dish, thicken gravy, add 1 cup sour cream and pour over chicken.
