GRETCHEN'S ITALIAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pkg. ziti or shells
1/2 (8 oz.) container ricotta
1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce

Cook pasta until it just begins to get soft, then drain. Mix pasta with ricotta, then pour into 8x12 inch baking dish. Add cheeses and spaghetti sauce and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until bubbly.
