SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 1/2 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 stick butter
1 c. coconut

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. soft butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix all casserole ingredients together and put in greased casserole. Mix first 3 topping ingredients until they crumble, sprinkle over top of casserole and then sprinkle nuts. Cook about 1 hour at 325 degrees or until golden brown.
