3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. small marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. melted butter
1/3 c. milk

Mix together well while potatoes are hot and marshmallows melt. Put into a two-quart casserole.

Bake until well heated (about 10 to 15 minutes) at 350°F. Remove and place on the topping

Topping:

3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 stick melted butter
3/4 c. coconut
1/2 c. oatmeal

Combine. Sprinkle over potatoes and bake at 350°F for ten minutes longer or until bubbly and brown.
