2 c. boiled and mashed sweet potatoes
1 egg
1 1/2 c. pet milk or whole milk
3/4 c. sugar
Dash of salt

Mix and put in a dish and let it bake 20 minutes. 350 degrees. Put on topping and return to oven and bake until browned.

TOPPING:

1/2 stick butter, melted
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. coconuts, optional
1/3 c. brown sugar
