SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE II 
3/4 stick butter
1 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 3/4 c cooked sweet potatoes
1-6 oz can evaporated milk
1/4 t cinnamon
1 t vanilla

Mix all ingredients together well and place into 2 quart casserole dish.

Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes. Add topping and bake for 10 more minutes.

Serves 6.

Topping:

3/4 stick butter, melted
1 c corn flakes, crushed
1/2 c chopped nuts
1/2 c brown sugar

Mix topping ingredients together well.
