SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. can evaporated milk
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 stick butter

TOPPING:

1 c. corn flakes
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 stick melted butter

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Mix topping ingredients. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake 15 minutes longer.
