SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. Milnot milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter, melted

Combine casserole ingredients; mix well and pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, combine topping ingredients. Remove casserole from oven, sprinkle with topping and bake additional 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
