| SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE | |

2 medium sweet potatoes, shredded (raw) 1 c. milk 1 c. sugar 1 c. raisins 1 c. pecan or walnut pieces 1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained 3/4 c. butter Marshmallows Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Bake in a lightly greased casserole dish at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cover with marshmallows and brown at the last minute. | |
