SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 to 4 lg. yams or sweet potatoes
1/4 lb. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. ground walnuts
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
Miniature marshmallows

Wash and boil potatoes until soft. Peel. Mash and add butter, sugar, walnuts, eggs (gradually) and milk. Bake 1 hour in casserole dish at 350 degrees with lid on. Take lid off, add marshmallows on top and broil until lightly browned.
