MASHED SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 (17 oz.) cans sweet potatoes
1 (8 oz.) can fruit cocktail
2 eggs
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. Nature's Seasons seasoning blend
12 to 16 lg. marshmallows

Mash potatoes; mix with drained fruit cocktail. Add 2 beaten eggs, 2 tablespoons melted butter, and 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning blend. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with 12 to 16 large marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
