7 LAYER CAMP CASSEROLE 
Bacon
Potatoes
Onion
Tomato paste
Eggs
Corn
Cheese
Salt and pepper

Cook diced bacon until partially done. Pour off excess fat. Add sliced potatoes and onion, cooking until almost done. Add corn and tomato paste. Break enough eggs to go around over the top of other ingredients. Cover eggs with slices of cheese. Cover and simmer until eggs are done and cheese has melted and run down through it all. Remember to salt and pepper the ingredients somewhere along with line. Serves as many or as few as you wish. Tomatoes or tomato juice can be substituted for paste.
