SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 med. sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1 stick butter
Pinch of salt
1/4 c. (or less) orange juice
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Marshmallows

Cook potatoes, then peel skins. Mash with mixer; add eggs, sugars, butter, orange juice and cinnamon. Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 375 degrees. Add marshmallows. Brown for about 4 minutes.
