CURRIED BEEF AND BROCCOLI WITH
RICE
 
1 - 1 1/2 lb. beef cubes, cut into sm. size
1 1/2 tbsp. oil (or low-cal cooking spray)
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. water
1 c. Natural Au Jus Gravy with sauteed onions
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. curry powder
1 pkg. broccoli (frozen)
1 c. per serving rice (cooked)

Brown beef cubes in oil (or spray) in skillet. Add mushrooms and cook until mushrooms are soft. Combine soup, Worcestershire sauce and curry powder in bowl.

Make up gravy from natural meat and mushroom drippings, onion, and desired seasoning in second bowl with water. Add both bowls to skillet. Simmer, covered until tender (approximately 30 minutes). Add broccoli for an additional 15 minutes until blended and softened. Serve over rice and garnish as desired.
