GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
4 c. French green beans, drained
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 c. corn flakes, crushed
2 tbsp. melted butter

Place beans in greased casserole, sprinkle with cheese. Melt butter in saucepan, blend flour and onion, slat, sugar, sour cream. Cook slowly for a few minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over beans and cheese. Sprinkle top with crushed corn flakes and melted butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6-8.
