1 pkg. lipton vegetable dip mix
16 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 or 2 cans of chopped water chestnuts (drained)
1 bunch green onion, chopped
1 pkg. dry ranch dip

Thaw and drain spinach, mix with all other ingredients. Better if sits overnight. Serve with crackers or fritos scoops.
