OLIVE TAPENADE 
1/2 cup green olives with pimento, chopped
1/2 cup black olives, chopped
1/2 cup capers, drained
1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3 cloves fresh garlic, minced (or sub w/ 4 tbsp. garlic from jar, minced)
1 tbsp. dried basil
1 tbsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
salt and pepper, to taste
pine nuts to taste (optional)
any type of toasted bread, bagel, or pita (optional)

Mix all ingredients and either process in food processor if you want it as a spread or leave chunky for a fun and colorful party dip.

Serve with your favorite toasted bread (brush with extra olive oil for even more flavor).

Enjoy!

Serves 8 to 10 as an appetizer.
