SOUR CREAM ENCHILADAS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 can refried beans
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/3 c. taco sauce (med.)
1 (10 oz.) can hot enchilada sauce
1 (10 oz.) can med. enchilada sauce
12 sm. flour tortillas
3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 lg. container sour cream

Brown beef and onions. Drain off fat. Add refried beans, salt, garlic salt, and taco sauce. Set aside. Mix enchilada sauce together in warm saucepan. Fill tortilla with meat-bean mixture. Pour 1/2 enchilada sauce in 9 x 13 inch dish. Layer tortilla (seam side down) in baking dish. Pour remaining 1/2 of sauce over tortillas. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Garnish with green onions, chopped tomatoes, sliced ripe olives and shredded lettuce. Serve guacamole on the side. Serves 6 to 8.
