SOUR CREAM CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, drained
1 (10 oz.) can hot enchilada sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (sharp) save 1/2 c.
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Fritos
1 c. sour cream

Brown beef and drain. Stir in drained beans, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, 1 cup shredded cheese and onion. Set aside 1 cup Fritos. Crush remaining Fritos and stir into above mixture. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake covered 30 minutes in 375 degree oven.

Spoon sour cream atop casserole. Sprinkle the 1 cup of Fritos to edge and sprinkle the 1/2 cup cheese over that and bake uncovered 3 minutes.
