CHILI CON CARNE 
2 lb. ground beef
2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes, cut up
2 (16 oz.) cans pinto beans, drained
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 tbsp. chili powder

In large pot, cook ground beef until meat is browned. Drain off fat. Stir in undrained tomatoes, pinto beans, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes. Can be refrigerated and warmed next day for fuller flavor.
