SCALLOPED CORN 
18 oz. sour cream
2 cans cream corn
1 box Jiffy corn mix
1 egg
1 stick butter
Ritz crackers
Salt and pepper

Whip egg in casserole dish; add corn, Jiffy mix and sour cream and stir. Crumble Ritz crackers and melted butter over top and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Enjoy!
