MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
1 bunch Romaine lettuce
1 head Bibb lettuce
4 scallions, sliced
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. chopped pecans
1 avocado, peeled & sliced

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. vinegar
Dash of pepper & Tabasco sauce

Combine ingredients. Add pecans and avocado just before serving.
