CHOP SUEY FOR A CROWD 
5 bunches celery, chopped
4 sliced onions
1 fresh, boned & cubed pork shoulder
3 lg. cans bean sprouts
1/2 c. plus soy sauce
Flour or cornstarch

Fry pork cubes until nicely browned. Put in large pot. Add celery, onions and enough water to cover. Cook until tender. Add bean sprouts and soy sauce. Thicken with flour and/or cornstarch.
