EASY APPLE PIE 
1 can apple pie filling
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. vanilla
3-4 slices loaf bread

Spread pie filling in greased 8 inch pie plate. Mix melted butter, egg, lemon juice, sugar, flour and vanilla. Spread 1/3 of mixture over apples. Trim crust off bread. Place bread over apples to cover. Cut to fit. Place remaining butter-egg mixture on top and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until brown.
