KIELBASA CASSEROLE 
3 or 4 med. sized potatoes, cut in cubes
1/2 cabbage, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese or American
1 Polsha Kielbasa
2 tbsp. butter

Bowl cabbage and potatoes together until tender. Melt butter and fry onion slowly until tender. Drain potatoes and cabbage and add to the onion mixture. Mix well. Cut kielbasa in small slices and line bottom of unbuttered Pyrex dish. Pour mixture on top.

Place Cheddar cheese on top of all and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until nice and bubbly! Enjoy!
