KIELBASA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. plus Kielbasa (diagonally cut)
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
2 onions (sliced)
3 or 4 med. potatoes (peeled and sliced)
2 med. green pepper (cut up)
grated cheese

In greased casserole, place layers of potato, onion, green pepper and Kielbasa (on top). Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees. Pour slightly beaten eggs over casserole. Return to oven until set (approximately 5 minutes). Put cheese on top and brown in oven. Serve hot. 4 servings.
