FISH AU GRATIN | |
1 lb. fish fillets 1/3 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese Mix cheese and crumbs. Brush each fillet with mayonnaise. Roll fish in crumbs and place in baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees until fish is lightly browned and flakes easily when tested with fork, about 25 minutes. Makes 3 or 4 servings. |
