1/2 lb. mild American cheese
2 eggs (hard-boiled)
1 pt. pimento-stuffed olives
mayonnaise (to mix)

Put first three ingredients through meat grinder. Add mayonnaise to make soft mixture, like cream cheese, that will spread easily. Delicious on a variety of crackers.
