AUNT CORA'S TUNA PATE 
2 (6 1/2 oz.) or 1 (13 oz.) can tuna in oil
2 eggs, beaten
Pinch of salt
3 grinds of pepper
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. parsley
1 sm. onion, chopped
Few capers
1 lg. sour pickle, chopped
1 sm. tomato, chopped
1/4 c. chopped green olives
2-3 tbsp. bread crumbs

Blend tuna with oil in food processor until smooth. Add 2 beaten eggs, salt, pepper, parsley, mustard, onion and bread crumbs. Combine until mixture is smooth. Add capers, pickle, tomato, and olives. Mix by hand. Line small loaf pan with aluminum foil; use enough foil to seal the loaf. Put loaf into pan, seal, and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Serve hot or cold.
