APPLE DIPPLE CAKE 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. sifted flour (plain)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 lg. apples, chopped
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

Beat eggs, oil and sugar together. Blend in remaining ingredients. This makes a stiff batter, so mix well. Fold in chopped apples, coconut and pecans. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Can be baked in tube pan or 2 loaf pans or 9 x 13 inch pan or dish.
