WINTER BEAN SALAD 
1 (#2) can cut green beans, drained
1 (#2) can English peas, drained
1 sm. green pepper, diced
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
12 oz. jar pimientos, diced
4 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil

Combine beans, peas, green pepper, onions, pimiento and celery. Mix sugar, vinegar and oil; cook until mixture comes to a rolling boil. Cool. Add to salad. Refrigerate 24 hours.
