MID-WINTER BEAN SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) bag frozen French-style green beans, cooked
1 (16 oz.) can wax beans
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. pimiento, cut in strips
1/4 green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Drain beans. Combine all ingredients. Chill overnight. Makes 8 servings.
