MID-SUMMER SOUP 
Peas
Beans
Tomatoes
Spin ach
Cauliflower
Cabbage
Macaroni
Spagh etti
Noodles
Rice

Make blended stock from liquids in which vegetables and starches have been boiled; peas, beans, tomatoes, spinach, cauliflower, cabbage and macaroni, spaghetti, noodles, rice.

Put in pot with an onion and some parsley, cook until onion is done. Season to taste, and add lightly beaten egg or add flour or cornstarch to suitable thickness; serve.
