WINTER SALAD 
1 head Boston lettuce
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 head Romaine lettuce
1 sm. red onion, sliced thin
1-2 oranges, peeled and sliced
1-2 red apples, cored, quartered and thinly sliced
1/2 c. toasted pecan halves

DRESSING:

3/4 c. salad oil
1/8 to 1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. salt

Either beat the lemon juice, salt, and mustard in a bowl until dissolved, then beat in the oil or place all dressing ingredients in a crew-top jar and shake vigorously for 30 seconds to blend thoroughly. Serves 12.
