CABBAGE PATCH SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef (or roast)
3 cans chicken or beef broth (1 beef to 2 chicken)
1 c. diced celery
1 sm. head cabbage, chopped
1/2 tsp. cumin, or to taste
Sliced or shredded carrots, if desired
3 cans red kidney beans with juice
1 lg. can whole tomatoes
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 tsp. chili powder, or to taste

Brown beef with onion. Place everything in soup pot or crock pot. Cook until vegetables are tender.
