ANN'S SCALLOPED POTATOES 
Turns out great every time! For variety, use a different cheese or cream soup.

6 medium potatoes, washed and peeled
1 cooking onion
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
3 cups grated cheddar cheese

Slice potatoes and onion thinly. Layer potatoes, onions and cheese in that order in a casserole dish until full. Top with can of cream of celery soup - do not dilute (spread over top to cover).

Bake at 375°F for approximately 1 hour.

Serves 6 to 8.
